Shipping & returns

Collective DF Customer Care and Returns

Collective Design + Furnishings is proud of the products we curate and sell.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.  Returned items must be unused in the original condition and packaging ​(if provided).  In the event of a return, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit only.

The following items may not be cancelled, exchanged, or returned:

  • Special ordered or custom ordered products.
  • Mattresses that have been taken out of the original plastic wrapping.
  • “As-Is” items
  • Gift Cards

National Shipping Claims

Collective Design + Furnishings uses third-party shipping and delivery companies.  All merchandise is inspected prior to being packaged for shipment.  Shipping claims must be settled with the shipping company by you, the customer.  You are responsible for inspecting each shipment, upon receipt, and documenting any damages on the courier’s shipping paperwork. Documentation also includes photographing the exterior of the packaging and the damages to the merchandise.  Do not accept or sign for any delivery without inspecting all of the items.  All packaging and shipping expenses for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
